Ocean Royale  in Juno Beach are two 13 story buildings having 60 units in each condo and were built in 2000. There are 5 condos per floor with 3 elevators serving the units. The ground floor contains the lobby and the amenities with underground parking going between both Ocean Royale buildings. There are 3 floorplans in the Ocean Royale. The 01 and 05 stacks are the corners and the SE corner 05 stack has windows overlooking the preserve and down the beach. The 02 and 04 stacks are the Baltic models and the middle 03 stack is the Caspian.
